SDG (Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth) calls for the achievement of a “Decent Work” environment for all employees, male and female, by 2030. To this end, JAXA is implementing a work environment that fully supports a strong work-life balance, as part of our effort to achieve “Decent Work” for all.
