SDGs (Goal 5: Gender Equality) calls for the empowerment of all women, and the achievement of true gender equality. At JAXA, we continue to promote measures to achieve gender equality, and to provide a workplace environment where women fully, actively, and equally participate.

Accordingly, JAXA has received Eruboshi certification—recognizing our proactive stance in promoting women’s status in five areas of evaluation: hiring, length of employment, working hours and styles, management ratios, and career-path diversity.
